The best things in life take a bit of time, however we work as efficiently as possible in order to stay on track with our clients deadlines. Once we have a general direction from the client, or their needs, our design process can take 1-3 weeks contingent on the scope. Any selected designs will then be followed up with fabric selection, sampling, pricing, and timeline for production.

Need to outfit your team quicker? Our stock and modified stock options allow for an expedited timeline where renderings or samples can be ready for view within two weeks.

We offer sizing in Alpha and Numerical, depending on each item. We ensure fits are accurate and allow for any alterations you may need to have each piece fit yoru team flawlessly.

Once samples are approved by the client, production begins and can range from 8-10 weeks for custom orders to 2-6 weeks for stock/modified stock orders depending on inventory. Reorders for custom items are between 6-8 weeks, and reorders for stock/modified stock are 2 weeks if inventory allows.

Once your order ships, your sales associate will provide you with tracking information and update you once the order arrives at your property. We utilize standard ground shipping, unless otherwise notated.

A 50% deposit is usually requested once the quote is sent to the client, with payment due on 30 day terms unless otherwise specified.

If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact your sales representative so the item can be replaced.

Once a sales associate is connected with the client, our design team gets to work cultivating illustrations, mockups, design decks, or inspiration boards for an initial over-view. Once the selections on design and fabrics are made, your creations move into sampling so you have the ability to view your items in real time. Once samples are approved, you will receive a quote, which will then be put into production once signed.

Care instructions are provided for your custom, stock, and modified stock garments to ensure proper care and longevity of each piece. We focus on durable fabrics that can withstand dry-cleaning and home care depending on how the client chooses to launder.
